Final Men's B-Grade Championship

The final was a high quality match with the first set going Kevin’s way 6-5. Darren fought back to win the second set 6-4 forcing a 3 end tie break. After 2 ends the score was 1 shot all before a brilliant opening bowl from Kevin set up a nail biting victory.

Final Ladies Championship Pairs Wednesday 11-04-2012
The final between P.Smith- V.Smith and J.Clarke- L.O.Shannessey. In a very tight game that finished at 18 all after the required 14 ends another end was played to achieve a decision. Pam and Val were able to score 4 on this end to become the winners for the third year in a row.
Final score: P.Smith -V.Smith 22 to J.Clarke - L.O,Shannessey 18.

Club Championship Men's 100 up

A couple of club chapionship results.

Bryan Parker defeated George Draffen on an extra end in the 100 up singles-( they were 100 all).Bryan now meets Leo Smith in a semi-final.

Paul Delaney defeated Tony Threlfall. Paul meets kevin O'Shannessy in a quarter final.The other quarter final is between Colin Goldsworthy and Justin Rasmussen

Ladies B-Grade Championship
The final of the Ladies B.Grade Championship was played on Friday morning between Lynette O'Shannessey and Dianne Robertson.
Lynette put on a dazzling display of draw bowling to come out the winner with a score of 27-14.
